On 19 April 2024, the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosaviatsiya) issued JSC Research and Production Company “KVAND-ASKhM” a design organisation certificate for aviation equipment under Federal Aviation Rules Part 21 (Subpart J).

On 25 April 2022, the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation (Rosaviatsiya) issued JSC Research and Production Company “KVAND-ASKhM” a permanent production organisation approval certificate under Federal Aviation Rules Part 21 (Subpart G).

KVAND Aircraft Interiors took part in the MAKS 2019 air show and presented a new product at its stand in pavilion F3: an electrically driven high-comfort passenger seat. The company also exhibited a 16G mechanical seat, an electric table and a divan of its own manufacture.

On 29 June 2019, KVAND Aircraft Interiors took part in the fourth edition of the international project “Industrial Design Days at Skolkovo”.

Nataliya Suyazova, the company’s Commercial Director, spoke at the “Client School” side programme with the talk “New ergonomics of aircraft passenger cabins: from the aircraft door to the seat. Competitiveness of Russian designers in commercial and business aviation”.

On 6 December 2018, the management of KVAND Aircraft Interiors took part in the X International Conference “Medium-Haul and Regional Aviation of Russia — 2018”. The conference is an annual key business meeting of the heads of aviation industry and civil aviation enterprises, heads of administrations of the regions of the Russian Federation, airline executives and leasing companies, dedicated to the supply of modern aircraft and helicopters built by the world’s leading manufacturers and operated in Russia.

Within the framework of federal task program called GLONASS Support, Development and Application, KVAND Aircraft Interiors' specialists  have carried out the scientific research of introducing the ground satelite communications and installing the onboard equipment for director and automatic approaches using signals of satellite constellation GLONASS/GPS to the first YAK-42.
