The private joint-stock company KVAND ASHM operates in Belarus through its
Representative Office, registered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Representative Office is not a legal entity and its operation is based on the Statute approved by KVAND ASHM's CEO.
The Representative Office pursues the following objectives:
- Extended territorial coverage
- Efficient fostering of economic and public relations
- Representation and protection of KVAND ASHM's interests in Belarus
The Representative Office can perform business operations on behalf and by instructions of KVAND ASHM.
In addition, KVAND ASHM is the founder of Foreign Enterprise KVAND ASHM, a resident company, established and registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, which represents a direct investment into Belarusian economy.
