About: production

KVAND combines a development laboratory, a design group, and modern production facilities.

Currently KVAND's production, storage and administrative facilities occupy around 3,000 sq. meters. The personnel consists of over 250 well-trained specialists. The equipment allows to process leather, fabrics and many other materials, as well as to produce furniture, interior components, and mechanisms of any complexity used for aircraft refurbishment. Later the production shops for composite materials, interior assembly, electric equipment mounting, fuselage adjustment and other were established.

The furniture workshop:

The furniture workshop manufactures furniture, interior components using solid wood and veneer made of precious timber.

The sewing workshop:

The sewing workshop processes fabrics, leather creating soft parts for the furniture.

The metal-processing workshop:

Experienced workers in the metal-processing workshop are capable of performing assignments of any complexity in due time. The workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art high-precision equipment.

The electric workshop:

The Electric Workshop performs the assembly of electrical units, bundled cables, installs electric components into furniture and panels.

The paintwork shop:

The Paintwork Shop performs the painting of furniture elements and gluing of panels. The work is conducted in a special paintwork chamber with the use of quality aviation materials.

The Composite Workshop:

The Composite Workshop processes composite materials producing interior elements out of cellular panels and plastic.

Electronics and Electrotechnology Section:

Electronics and Electrotechnology Section develops and manufactures electronic systems for cabin light and entertainment equipment control.

Modification Workshop:

Aircraft interior production is the stage following design and development.
